Karla Koester

Karla has been employed at Heartland Human Services since 1999. Before joining HHS she worked as a pharmacy technician and a deputy circuit clerk. She lives with her husband and has three adult children and one grandchild. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandson, jeep riding, and baking.
